Celebrate the Countdown to the 50 years of Countryside Mall with our most vibrant ArtWave event yet!

This year, ArtWave will spotlight up-and-coming local artists and benefit the Chi Chi Rodriguez Youth Foundation Garden Art Project. ArtWave 2024 will feature a local artists’ competition for the 2024 Community Mural, a workshop hosted by local artist, Jujmo, and giving back to the local art community.

Community  Workshop

Thank you to everyone who came out and joined local artist Jujimo and painted their  own re-useable tote bag inspired by her murals!

All proceeds from this workshop benefited the Artist-led Art Project, a collaboration between Chi Chi’s Art Class and students.

2024 ArtWave benefitting the Chi Chi Rodriguez Youth Foundation

We’re excited to announce that ArtWave will support the Chi Chi Rodriguez Youth Foundation this year! The Chi Chi Rodriguez Youth Foundation is a Nonprofit 501(c) 3 organization that helps at-risk youth achieve academic, social, and economic success by keeping them engaged in their education and acquiring practical skills necessary to succeed at life.

The funds raised from our two workshops will be directly contributed to the Chi Chi Rodriguez Artist-Led Art Project, an initiative dedicated to producing artwork for the community garden at the Chi Chi Rodriguez School. We will also be contributing supplies for the Chi Chi Rodriguez Youth Art Program, inspiring and supporting future generations of artists.
